Hello aspirant
It is difficult to say whether you will get CS branch or not. Though you are from EWS category, competition for CS is tough. It also depends upon cut off Jee main 2020. Cut off 2020 for EWS category is 70.2435518.
Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off.
Below given link will help you to predict your college.

Dear student,
CSAB is a special round counseling conducted by central seat allocation board to fill the vacant seats in nits, iiits, or gftis. As per your rank in ews category and your rank 13663, then yes, you can get the seat in jec with cse branch but the chances are very low in CSAB round. And if there is not any seats vacant then you can not get the seat in jec.
And if you want to fill ews category jn jossa counseling then yes, you can apply it but you must have a valid proof for ews category. Because if you get a seat and at the reporting center you have to produce your category proof and if you fail to produce then you will be caught. And such act will lead to rejection or cancellation of your candidature and you will not get the admission.
You can check out the given link below to know more about jossa 2020 counseling :-

And coming to your 4th question then yes, you have to register again in CSAB and the registration fees for csab is around INR 35000. It doesn't matter that you have registered in jossa or not. Csab is a special round and you have to pay fees to get yourself registered separately. If you didn't got any seats in jossa and you want to sit in CSAB round counseling then get registered yourself by paying the fees and if you get any seat in CSAB counseling then again you have to pay the seat acceptance fees.

JEC, IIITDM or NIT Raipur are difficult with this rank. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs depend on various factors such as total no .of seats available, difficulty of the exam, previous year cut offs, no.of Candidates appearing for the exam and no.of Candidates applying for a course. Hello Aspirant,
See if you have not applied for Gen EWS category in January attempt of JEE-Main 2020 then your result of January session will be considered as of the category whichever you have selected at the time of application but if you have changed it to Gen EWS for April attempt which was conducted in September month then the result of September session will be treated for the category you have opted in your case it is Gen EWS.
As you have 92 percentile so your expected rank is around 68,000 and you can predict your colleges on the basis of this rank and percentile by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

Dear student, as you have got 92 percentile in entrance examination there is inmence chance in Jabalpur Engineering college of Madhya Pradesh which is an autonomous body previously it was a government Engineering college also. As per previous years cutoff there is a chance for your preference. Best of luck.
Smartboard is not there.lift is only for faculty not for students. Girls are very less in the college.Co-curricular activity is also not organised. They are not maintaining good lecturer who is efficient in their subjects.Sqme faculty teaching each & every subject
The infrastructure of my college is good. It has a well-stocked library, computer lab, auditorium, transportation facility, campus with internet facility,Canteen but it requires good management. I made many new friends, they help me a lot even my seniors are also very much corporative or you can say there is a friendly environment. All in All its good.
Required facilities and equipments were there but little maintenance needed. Sports department was fine. IT infrastructure was bit outdated but students managed somehow. Mechanical engineering department was good, rest of them were average.
