JNTUK University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram has four boys’ hostels for students on the campus. It has two UG boys' hostels and two PG boys’ hostels. The boys' hostels are equipped with spacious rooms, a dining hall and a kitchen. Some other facilities provided by the boys’ hostel are an RO plant, gym and health assistance.

On the campus of JNTUK University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram, there are four girls' hotels. There are two UG girls' hostels and two PG girls' hostels. The girls' hostels have spacious rooms, a dining hall and a kitchen. RO plant, gym, and health assistance are some of the additional amenities given by the girls' hostel.

JNTUK University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram has a dispensary on the campus premises for students and staff members. The dispensary is equipped with three emergency beds and other equipment like a B.P apparatus, thermometer, blood glucose apparatus etc.

JNTUK University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram has a Central Library and it has a large collection of books covering various branches of engineering, technology, science and humanities and its related fields. The library is well-protected by surveillance cameras. A lending section, reading halls with reference collections, a group discussion area, a magazine reading/periodicals section, and a digital library are all available in the library block. The library has a seating capacity of 225 people. Network connectivity access to the internet is available in the reading room of the library, and PCs are available for users to browse databases, e-journals, and other electronic resources. The library has a total of 24 systems available for this purpose. The e-resources that are available to cater to the needs of the students and faculty members are DELNET and e-journals.

JNTUK University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram has a department of physical education that provides training for all of the students and employees of the institute. It has infrastructural facilities for both outdoor and indoor sports. Badminton, ball badminton, basketball (concrete), cricket, football, kabaddi, kho-kho, handball, hockey, tennikoit, throwball and tennis are some of the outdoor games. All outdoor games have access to floodlights, including volleyball. The sports ground accommodates a 200-meter standard track, a pavilion, and facilities for all sporting activities. The indoor games facilities available on the campus are chess, carroms, gymnastics, badminton, table tennis.

JNTUK University College of Engineering has well equipped IT infrastructure. . It manages and controls the networking of the entire campus.

The canteen can comfortably handle a large number of students at one time and is properly maintained with efficient service on campus. The canteen has decent furniture as well as good cooking and storage facilities, and it serves hot lunch, snacks, and beverages to both students and staff at reasonable prices. In addition, a fresh choice bakery outlet is also available within the campus.
