The Hostel was started in the year 2009 to accommodate the boy’s students. The hostel has two blocks accommodating about 400 students. The rooms are well furnished and the surroundings of a hostel are very green and pleasant. The hostel is having the dinning hall to cater to the needs of the borders of a north and south Indians. The hostel is known for its discipline and well managed by dedicated faculty and staff members. The Hostel area is spacious with built-up area 9060.00 sq mt has 158 Rooms. Hostel supports the Institute to arrange many programmes. At JSS, every care is taken to provide the best facilities for students who stay away from their homes. The hostel provides hygienic food and clean surroundings so that the inmates can live in a congenial atmosphere at affordable prices. The girl’s hostel of the Institution is in the Campus, Uttharahalli-Kengeri Main Road, Bangalore – 560 060. The hostel can accommodate around 220 students. Three students are accommodated in a room. Few rooms are with two occupancies and attached bath & toilet. Pure vegetarian mess facility is available in the hostel

The college has health center with first aid facility for the students.

The fitness centre at JSSATE is set up in the boys' hostel. It offers the weight training equipment to its faculty and students.

JSSATE has one of the best cricket stadia in association with KSCA for the use of students. Apart from the cricket stadium, JSSATE also has facilities for Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, Football And several indoor activities like Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, Judo, etc.

Our state-of-the-art auditorium has a seating capacity of 300. JSSATE College auditorium has a high-end equipment for sound and video. In addition to college functions, the auditorium is offered to companies and organizations to conduct large events and meetings.

JSSATE provides faculty and students with bus services from all parts of the city to the Institute. The buses are comfortable, safe and economical, being subsidized by the Institute.
