Kasturba Institute of Technology popularly known as KIT was set up in 1986 in Pitampura, Delhi. This affiliated college which is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) enlists a plethora of technical and professional courses. Being located on a rather limited area of a 0.85 acre KIT has developed into a vital breeding ground for technologists and engineers. ITU also enrols a total student capacity of 922 students with guidance of an adequate faculty of 33 members.
