With 36403 rank in COMDK-UGET, yes you can expect both Mechanical and Civil Engineering branches at KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum.
The closing rank for Mechanical last year was around 43800 and for Civil, it was around 55200.

you can go for SEA College of engineering where the cutoff for CSE was 85559. you can get an admission there though counselling.
