1. Both the colleges are affiliated to Anna University but the ranking of KEC is 95 and that of HCET is 110 .
2. Duration for MBA in both the colleges is 2 years (Full time) and total fees of KEC is INR 1,00,000 and that of HCET is INR 72,000 .
3. Admission in both the colleges is done through TANCA counselling based on rank/score obtained in TANCET MBA .

You have tough to no chances to fetch seat in kongu engineering college as the cutoff  is 31.44 by score as per last year cutoff.you have less score than that.The cutoff is not released by the authorities and it will be released on the official website.Cutoff changes every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper,category etc factors,so its quite tough to say exactly the cutoffs.  based on previous year analysis , and your score 11.333 you can have chances in the following colleges :

Kongu Engineering College is an autonomous engineering college located at Perundurai, Erode. There are plenty of "North" Indian students here and you shouldn't really face any kind of problems. The food in Andhra is a mix of North and South. Outside the campus, you have Domino's and Subway and a good food court in a mall where you'll get all kinds of North Indian food.
