KEC Erode Placements
The final year students of the college are provided with numerous job opportunities. To make sure adequate job opportunities are available for students, the college established a placement cell in 1998. Kongu Engineering College placement cell maintains relationships with various organisations and invites them to hire students. It is responsible for all the activities related to KEC Erode placements. The placement cell conducts technical programmes for the students to improve their soft skills. Furthermore, to improve quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and verbal ability the placement also organises online tests for students. Apart from placements, the placement cell also offers internship opportunities to the non-final year students. Internships familiarise students with corporate work culture and environment which ultimately increases their chances of getting placed in the final year.
