MPIT Amroha offers a wide range of facilities for the comfort and convenience of the students. MPIT Amroha facilities include laboratories, sports facilities, library, medical/hospital, guest/waiting room, cafeteria, auditorium, gym, boys, and girls hostel, and IT Infrastructure. In addition, MPIT Amroha also has a dedicated Training and Placement cell.

- Laboratories
MPIT Amroha has department-specific laboratories with modern infrastructure and equipment. Students can prepare and practice for their practical examination. A lab attendant is also available to guide and assist the students.

MPIT Amroha also offers indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. The courts are well-maintained and equipped with modern sports equipment.

The institute has a well-stocked library with a wide collection of books, journals, international and national publications. It provides a peaceful environment for the students to study for their examinations.
- Medical/Hospital

The college also has a girls hostel with facilities similar to that of boys hostel. A warden and a security guard are also available for the security and routine maintenance of the hostel.
