Yes there are chances, you can get admission in an average or below average college. For good college you have to be residence of Delhi or you must belong to SC or ST category.

It's difficult to get IT in mait but you can get in other top colleges like MSIT , BVP if you want in mait then you should go for spot round .

Hey, it is little impossible for GNGNO category students to take admission in MSIT at this rank but if u have reservation than u can hope for it.

Please find the eligibility criteria of IPU CET for B.Tech programs below :-

Should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) examination. The candidates who will be appearing for 12th standard or equivalent exam in 2018 will also be eligible for admissions through IPU CET 2018.

College Infrastructure

Our college interest is very good. It contains lots of canteens plus a good and spacious library and a very wide campus Space which is roundabout 11 to 12 Acre.I really appreciate my college infrastructure.
