    MSIT and BVP are the best colleges from the list that you have mentioned. In these colleges most of the company take a visit and the placement are also good in these colleges. Most of the crowd are in these two colleges only.

    Go for MSIT if college life and competitions are important. If placements are more important then BVP and if fee matters then AIACTR. Overall ranking is BVP>AIACTR~MSIT. But BVP is like school. They are strict.
    Overall if I was in your situation, I would choose BVP.

    As far as placement is concerned, Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, Delhi is better with highest package of Rs.32.5 LPA and average package of Rs.6.80 LPA.
