Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology,Delhi takes admission both on the basis of ranks in IPU-CET and JEE Mains . But the counselling is done only for the IPU exam so you will need to personally contact the college for your admission . Also you should have atleast 55% marks

VIPS is amongst the top notch colleges in Delhi having said that JIMS and MSIT are no less.  VIPS will offer you more exposure than the other two and has better placement record.  Infrastructure of all three colleges is equally good. VIPS does have a strict attendance criteria.

I am sorry to say but with 1123 rank in IPU CET BCA, you won't be able to get a seat in MSIT.
For year 2018, the cutoffs were as follows:-
First Shift:- closing rank was 455
Second Shift:- Closing rank was 772

Congrats on securing this rank. The cutoff for MSIT BBA depends upon your category, the subject in BBA and citizenship of Delhi. MSIT BBA general student residing in Delhi has to get a rank between 1 to 500 to secure a seat whereas for other categories, the case

this year for the first time ipu is taking admission of b.tech according to jee main score. so we dont have enough information or any previous year data regarding this. but ipu has many affiliated colleges under it. so there are fair chances.
