The College has Hostels for boys with all the amenities that have been provided by the college. Both the hostels have spacious rooms and Mess halls. Separate facilities for studying are provided in both the hostels. The men's hostel is managed by Priests.

The College has Library is well stocked with a good number of books related to Architecture, Civil, Maths & General Books. The college Library has over 1367 Architecture & 2071 volumes of books. The library subscribes to 18 National journals, 3 International journals & 5 e-journals facilities available which are accessible anywhere on the campus Lan. The library is fully automated with KOHA software. The library is managed by experienced library professionals.

The College has Lab where students experience the building materials and their construction. The lab is built up as a joint effort where students collect the samples as part of assignments and exhibit them. The surveying laboratory is equipped with the instruments & tools for measuring distance, vertical and horizontal angles, elevations, etc., that students use throughout the surveying course.
