Maturi Venkata Subba Rao Engineering College Hyderabad placement cell, conducts the campus placement drive. The MVSR Engineering College placement cell consists of faculty members from each department. As per the MVSR Engineering College placement statistics for the UG programme (data taken from the MVSR Engineering College NIRF 2024 report), out of 898 eligible candidates, 465 have been placed with a median salary of Rs 4 LPA in the year 2023.

The highest package offered for MVSR Hyderabad for the year 2025 is Rs 25 lakhs.
According to the MVSR NIRF 2025, the median package offered for B.Tech courses is Rs 4 lakhs, and a total of 220 students got placed out of 858 graduating students.

Placements at MVSR are overall satisfactory especially for the students from CSE and IT departments.Most placements are through mass recruiters like Infosis,WiPro,Cognizant,TCs. Highest package in the collage is 12LPA for the students with CGPA 9.8, the average package is ₹4.5L PA to ₹6L PA

Placements

Very poor placements in the core departments. Most the placements are in the sector of IT. In civil engineering packages of 15-20k/month with a bond of 1-2 years were offered mostly. The placements of core departments were mostly ignored.
