MVJCE used to be under the Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) until 2018. However, in 2019 MVJCE transformed into an autonomous institute.

Hello,

I suppose you are asking about NIETI, Mysore, and MVJ College of Engineering. The placements of both the colleges are very good. But, if we compare both the colleges on the basis of placements, then NIETI Mysore is the best option. It has had a great placement percentage in recent years. MVJ has an average percentage in placements as compared with NIETI Mysore.

Hope this has cleared your doubts.

Hello,

Hope you are doing fine!

Attaching two links giving information about both the colleges and details about their courses and fees, cutoff, facilities, placements and so on:---

hello there, mvj college has quite a good review stand from the students studying there. MVJ College of Engineering is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University  and approved by the AICTE. The infra is good of the college. The labs are fully equipped and the college is eco friendly. There are research laboratories which help students as well as staff to invent new things. average btech fee may range from 4 to 5 lakhs. The average campus placement rate is 90%. Leading and reputed firms visit the college for placements.

Hi.

If you are a first year or a second year student it is too early to anticipate this, however, as you enter third year you will be aware of placement drives and opportunities in your college. Getting a placement  depends on the type of college, its reputation, alumni network, hard work of students and their potential for current industry.

That said, according to official website of MJV College of engineering ( https://www.mvjce.edu.in/web/placements/placements.htm ) the site was updated for placement of 2016 Batch and has not been updated yet. This does not inspire confidence and indicates the lazyness of the placement cell. It has packages like Eurofins - INR 6 lacs p.a
Nokia Solutions and Networks - INR 5 lacs p.a
TESCO - INR 4.86 lacs p.a

Therefore, hoping for a 20 LPA package might not be feasible but do not be discouraged, work hard and engage with alumnis and placement cell to get better opportunities.

Good Luck

Hi, so basically CSE in hkbkce is a good college.

However, the placements in hkbk are not up to the mark, unless you are very hard working person who can maintain 60 throughout ur engineering and hope for luck that some good company comes and recruits or if you can manage to get placed off-campus.

Faculty is fine in hkbk, but again not many colleges have good faculty. Sports are just not so good and there is just one event called calypso which is again is not up to the mark. It's a decent engineering college, with limited opportunities with basic need.

But compared to mvj which comes at hkbk, the placements are a little better. They have a better infrastructure than hkbk. Teaching is good to in mvj also there are good results from mvj, like most of the top getters were from mvj, cmrit in Fast VTU Results Blog

Hope this is helpful

It is quite difficult to tell only about a particular course. However the overall details are that the highest placement package offered to one of the students of Engineering stream was 27.7 lakh  per annum. The median salary package was 3.6 lakh per annum.

College Infrastructure

We have the best campus. It's 192 acres of land. We have gym, swimming pool, canteens, bank, supermarket, etc. Library here is the best. We have a wide range of books from academics to comics to magazines. During exam times, the library is open until 12:00 AM or even 2:00 AM. All the canteens are well maintained except few.

Quality education with great facilities.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is well-organized, modern, and well-maintained. We have high-speed Wi-Fi across the campus, well-equipped computer labs, smart classrooms with projectors, and a spacious fully air-conditioned library. The hostel facilities are quite satisfactory, with clean rooms, regular housekeeping, and 24/7 security.

Amazing social life with amazing faculty members.

College Infrastructure

The course and infrastructure with classrooms and labs are top-notch, but with hostels, it's not the same thing. Hostel rooms are very crammed and less spacious. Mainly with hostel food, a lot of students get sick very frequently, and the washrooms don't have proper functioning most of the time around campus.
