Average infrastructure- ambience is not so good. The college has everything- but not modern or updated. I feel it could be Improved. In terms of infrastructure, there is a lot pibm needs to do. But its not so bad. Overall average.
Teachers are knowledgeable here. They help up teach concepts in a very industry oriented way. The academics here is very industry aligned and the Teachers also have industry knowledge. They teach us what the industry needs.
Placement are good for all the students compnies are coming for all the profiles. 90% students are placed every year from every spelization they offering. Placement process was easy but their is a loop is placement department for the students if they get placed in one compnay they can't able to try for another one.
5lakhs aprox fees for one year. Money is worth for studies and placement but there is no infrastructure.
There is no extra activity for students There is no supporting staff Location is outskirts of pune Its safe but sometimes it lacks connectivity
Needs improvement in some aspects but overall its a decent college
Good college infrastructure- includes everything. Libraries, classrooms well equipped with smartboards, wifi etc. Our college does have all the required essentials a student need. It’s modern and highly equipped.
The teachers here are good. Knowledgeable, industry oriented. This is actually a good trait of pibm. They are highly industry oriented. The curriculum here is good. They have good academic programs and they keep on engaging students in various case studies, assignments etc.
The placement here is a bit average. They have companies that comes to the campus- many come to campus but in a pool interview. They do have a consistent number of companies that visit the campus every year. Placement is average 8 lakhs here. Highest goes to 18 lakh.
Its Good for our money. they do provide okayish placements. For someone who is in the top 10% of the batch can get a good placement by spending 11 lakhs only. So in terms of ROI, pibm is good. They can get you to the corporate in a good way.
Good campus life. but i feel it would have been improved. I wish if they had in campus hostels- then it would have been a great experience for everyone. Currently Pibm focuses a lot on studies and Placements- but they do lack the campus life.
A decent college.
Pibm is a Good college. It has good infrastructure. obviously not the infrastructure like IIMs or other colleges, but good enough. They have a good library, good classrooms, hygienic food is provided in campus. they have smart boards, wifi everything a campus needs.
I really feel this is a great point here at PIBM. When I came here I was so under confident and so naive. I didn't knew anything about business or management, but faculties here and the curriculum is really good. With constant case studies, assignments, the ability to come to stage again and again- all these is making me grow as a professional while also teaching me in a very structured manner.
Placements here are good- 8 lakh is the average placement here. They have companies like KPMG, Delloite, Myntra, British Petroleum etc that comes to campus. For marketing they have lots of companies that comes to the campus. For other Specialization too- they have decent amount of companies coming to the campus.
Yes, PIBM is really a value for money college. The college's fees is 4.75 lakh a year. close to 9.5 for 2 years. In this range, they do offer great faculties, a good placement team and companies. I feel it's worth the money spend.
The campus life is good here. Pibm has a decent campus life. Among all the other points, this would be an area where I won't rate high. I feel the campus life can be improved. Currently this college gives lot of emphasis to studies and placements- but the campus life is not exactly there. I feel it can be improved and it would be really good for us.
I like this college. I would say one thing- if you want to join it- you can. It's a good college.
our college infrastructure is good. but not great. it indeed has everything that we need like library, labs, sport centre etc. but not so good. it lacks modern aesthetic infrastructure. college looks more like a school. I mean they do have everything- but not so good in terms of ambience. hostel is off campus- food is not good.
This is actually a good point about this college. they focus a lot on academics. they have good faculties. there are certain faculties who are really good in their teaching and concepts. they also keep having assignments projects etc all the time. so in terms of academics, they would indeed keep us busy and occupied.
the average is like 7-8 lakh here. in terms of roi it is good- as we are getting our mba done in under 12 lakhs. but yes placements are there. unlike colleges of these category, which doesn't have any placements- pibm does have good placements and consistent companies coming for placements.
yes, I consider it to be value for money. we need to accept the fact that its not so costly like others. other mba colleges are really costly- 20 lakh plus. but pibm is good in value. we get good teachers, a challenging environment and a good consistent companies coming to our campus.
campus life is okayish- I wish if we had in house hostel- that would have made the overall experience so much better. but we dont have it like that. its a small campus per se. we do have everything- but not the best standards. but yes construction is going on now and new buildings and hostels are being made inside campus. we can see a change in upcoming years. but for now the experience is average-good.
Overall I recommend this college at this range. at this budget it is really a pretty good college with good teachers and consistent companies coming in the campus.
College infrastructure is outdated. In the campus their is one hall they call as auditorium. In the auditorium most of the Air Conditioners are not in working condition. Bit WIFI is available in all the campus.
Academics are poor because the syllabus is boring for me. The syllabus is mostly theory based rather than practical based. Most of the teachers are not knowledgeable about the subject. They simply pass time in the college.
Lowest package offered by college is 5 lakh and highest package offered by college is 23 lakh only for two students. Most of the companies coming for final placement they give package around is 5 to 6 lakh only.
College is far from the city area, college infrastructure is not so good is similar like B school colleges like IBPS, Indira etc. There is very small sports club and very few sports equipment for students.
There is very good professors came to the college who are industry professional who work as a temporary teachers but their is lack of permanenet staff, and academics supports for students is not coperative.
Many ambitious companies visit campus, but training program is not sufficient for students to get placed in this companies, but still good hope they provided to get placement for students. Average CTC is 6 lacks which is moderate in nature.
College infrastructure is average, they are located in out of city and hilly areas but they have provide all basics amenities, amenities like wi - fi , paid canteen, mess facility, IT Labs, Library, Hostel facility etc.
Academics is also good. they can update their syllabus time to time as per industry needs. They can also provide corporate session for students. So students can gain knowledge and placed in a reputed company.
The placement of this college in marketing specialization is good. In my batch till now most of the students got placed in 3rd semester. Highest package by college is 26 lakh and average package offered by college is 6 to 8 lakh.
College infrastructure is average, some basics amenities is available in the college. Amenities like WI - FI , canteen, mess facility, paid canteen, gym area, computer lab, placement cell is available in the college.
Academics is good in terms of other college in this area, teaching quality is average. In PGDM department they can update their syllabus as per industry needs. college conducts presentation and case study can ready for industry.
In marketing specialization, their placement is very good. Average CTC offered by college is 5 to 8 lakh. And highest package offered by college is 26 lakh in this year.. The placement process easy and pleasant for students.
College infrastructure of the pune institute of business management is average. Basic amenities is available in our college but most of the things is not properly working like most of the AC is not working in auditorium, Management is not active in this college.
Academics is average. Quality of teaching is also average because most of the faculty is very arrogant but someone is very friendly in nature. Their syllabus is also average but they can update year by year.
In marketing specialization most of the students got placed in my batch. The average CTC of the college is 5 to 7 Lakh and highest CTC is offered by college is 26 lakh in this year. Placement process easy and pleasant for students.
College infrastructure is poor as compared to other college, but they have provide basic ammenities. Facilities like wi-fi, Smart baord is available in each classroom, Computer lab, cricket ground, GYM, auditorium is available.
This college provide practical knowledge, so i am studying here. Quality of teaching is average. Some professors is really knowledgeable and friendly nature and some are aroogant. One of the main points they can update their syllabus in every year.
Placement is outstanding in marketing department. If you select marketing as a major speciliziation then deefinitely you got placed in any company. Averagee CTC ofered by colleege is 5 to 8 lakh. And highest package offered by college is 26 lakh.
