PIBM does have a student bus/transport facility. Its own documentation says buses are available for students and staff who wish to use the service.
However, PIBM's published information specifically describes the shuttle as operating between the campus and students' hostels.
For second year, students can move out of the hostel and take a PG/rented accommodation, according to recent student information.
I could not find an official PIBM rule confirming that the bus will pick up students from privately rented PGs. So simply renting a PG near the PIBM hostel does not guarantee that you can use the hostel bus.
