Raghu Institute of Technology, Visakhapatnam has a separate training and placement cell. The RIT Visakhapatnam placement cell works closely with the industry to ensure that students are placed in the best possible jobs.  The RIT Vishakhapatnam placement cell also provides training sessions and workshops to the students to help them in the placement process.

RIT Vishakhapatnam also has an excellent alumni network, which helps the students get suitable placements. 

• The placement team should reach out to potential recruiters and invite them to the campus for recruitment drives.

• The RIT placement team will conduct pre-placement talks to educate the students about the recruitment process, the skills required to succeed in the job market, and the expectations of recruiters.

• The placement team arranges for recruitment tests to assess the skills of the students. 

• The RIT placement team communicates regularly with recruiters to understand their needs and ensure that students are well prepared.

• The companies then conduct a series of tests and interviews to select the right candidates.

• Once the selection process is complete, the companies make job offers to the selected students, and the placement process is complete.
