Yeah, college is well facilitated and having developed infrastructure for the betterment of the students. Students will obviously liek the new methods of the lectures are being presented in the campus.

As per the information available in their official site, there is no specific course of B.E. in mechatronics but has B.E in mechanical engineering. You will get to learn about mechatronics as a part of mechanical engineering.

As per the official site.The intake/admission in RVS College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore under B.E-CSE is done once in every academic year, tentatively on the month June/July.
I will suggest you to contact the college in person & ask them about the seat availability.
