The college has a boys’ hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The students are advised to be in a boarding house to enhance teamwork.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility, and full-time medical assistance will be provided for the students who are sick.

The college has a 21st-century library that will provide space for innovation and imagination while also providing access to dynamic resources & services,” - Stephanie White. The college library will further its mission by selecting, developing, deploying, and managing resources and services that foster learning, discovery, and innovation.

The college has sports facilities for all students. The 4th Annual Sports Day was organized on 26th February 2016 on our college Grounds. Mr. S. Joseph Path Britain, District Sports Officer, and Youth Welfare Officer, inaugurated the Sports Meet and briefed on the importance of sports activity for the overall personality development of the person, and appealed to the students to have a good role model to follow. Prof. Dr. T. James Wilson and Principal Prof. Ar. Joseph Newman Fernando addressed the gathering and also motivated the students to participate in the events. Before the events began, the names of the competitors were called out. The students were lined up. There were several sports events such as Relay, Shotput, Discus throw, and 100 Meters race. The winners were awarded prizes by the Chief Guest. The sports events ended at 5.00 pm. Students participate in weekly indoor and outdoor sports activities like Basketball, Badminton, football, Cricket, Table Tennis, Chess, and carom. Theme-based activities, house-wise, and Inter-Collegiate Competitions are organized every year to rejuvenate the talents of our young, budding Architects. A dumb charades activity is being organized regularly in order to enhance the non-verbal communication skills of our students. Its theme was based on the latest movies and buildings having architectural and heritage importance.

The college has a computing facility that will be used by faculty, staff, and students for instruction, research, and administrative activities, and also to communicate with each other. College instructional computing laboratories will have two main areas of responsibility: Computer Labs, and developing digital course materials for the faculty.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The College has a large multipurpose hall of 175 Square Meters, which is used for the display of students' work from time to time. This hall is also used for ‘critique of architectural design’ during the course of the semester. A fully air-conditioned seminar hall to accommodate 200 persons, which is designed to accelerate the teaching-learning process using modern technological aids, is available for conducting seminars, guest lectures, workshops, or conferences. The hall is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment with ICT-enabled presentation facilities, as well as providing facilities to conduct video conferencing and webinars, and we have enough space for exhibiting posters, standees, and canopies. An ample parking space is an added advantage for the seminar hall.

The college has buses available from specific boarding points covering the nearby places in the Kanyakumari district.

The College has Climatic information of the place, which is an important parameter applied in the design of buildings. Hence, climatology forms an important part of the curriculum of the B.Arch. program. To teach climatology effectively, a climatology lab equipped with modern instruments has been established. In this lab, there are instruments to measure temperature, humidity, wind speed, and lighting.
