There are approximately no chances for it.as last year closing rank for BCD was around 26000.But you can try in many other colleges.

Being OC candidate it is hard to get CSE in best colleges.
If you are interested in CSE at best colleges then you need to go via Management Quota,you will get CSE not in best colleges but in medium level colleges.
