do vsb college allows laptops inside the campus and hostel?? If so will they provide wifi connection??

Yes, laptops and gadgets are allowed in the campus along with the mobile phones, as long as they are being used for educational purposes and valid reasons. And the VSB College campus also provides free WiFi for the students and staff. So, you don't need to worry about it.
