Is it true that XIME/XISS do not call you back after GD/PI if you have poor cat score despite having above 90 percentile in MAT/CMAT ?

No it is not like that. They will defenetly call you if you are performing very good in in the GD/PI interview. They won't consider the entrance exam, But you have to score 75 percentile and above in any of the entrance exams which they will accept.

You do have a good chance for getting a call from XISS Ranchi. They have a cutoff around 70 percentile for their PGDM program and 60+ percentile for PGDM Rural and other programs. I would suggest you to begin your preparations for GDPI.

Please refer ET, The Hindu, Indian Express and other newspapers for the burning topics.
In addition, general HR related topic can be asked like HR as strategic business partner, Globalization, CSR related topic, etc.
Prepare some topics from the Labor industry as well.

Hi Neha! The CAT cutoff for XISS Ranchi is 60 percentile or above. Hence, there is a high possibility for you to get a call. The final selection will be based on the entrance test score and performance in GD, PI and essay writing.

it has nice ambiance when you enter the college parking lot is available on the right side also we have our canteen at ground floor , water facility is also available there , washroom are also clean , fan are installed at every classroom

College Infrastructure

Computer labs and Wi-Fi facilities are easily accessible which greatly helps us in projects and research. The canteen provides good quality food at reasonable prices and the college also provides sports and recreational facilities. In general, the place is vibrant and it creates a very conducive space for both academic and extracurricular activities.

I think the experience was good i learned the values .

It was good all type facilities like bench, dashboard, cleaniness, ac are proper working and it was maintained every year. I think in this era the main thing is cleaniness and that is the most important factor..as i see they take care about it..on daily basis they clean our toilets, classrooms, garden areas, parking. And the security guard was available so that any bad things can't happen.. the there is a parking facilities are available in a discipline way. Hostels are cleans. Canteens are good
