Keep in mind, if you have seen anywhere minimum marks to be obtained for SC category is 54.01 percentile then don't get confused with eligibility criteria for admission in NIT as that percentile is actually the cutoff for getting qualified for participating in JEE Main counselling as well as f or attempting JEE Advanced .
