Based on your percentile, your AIR should lie in the range of 271504 - 305210. In order to be eligible for admission in NITs through JEE Main, a candidate should score somewhere around at least 85-95 percentile . Keep in mind, if you have seen anywhere minimum marks to be obtained for SC category is 54.01 percentile then don't get confused with eligibility criteria for admission in NIT as that percentile is actually the cutoff for getting qualified for participating in JEE Main counselling as well as f or attempting JEE Advanced .
Now, if I talk about admission in IIITs, you may have a chance for admission in Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIIT, Indraprastha. In 2020, Cutoff Rank for SC through JEE Main was 443642.

Third, you want to know whether you will get any seat at any branch of GFTI. As told you previously, your performance is not up to the par. It is less likely for you to get admission at any GFTI.
