Worked on project under USAID|INDIA, Forest-PLUS Program with stipend of 20k. Further course is specialized and set for making future resource managers . Specialization Subjects include Climate Change, Forest Industries, Watershed Mgmt. , Plantation Management , Stakeholder Analysis and Policy Making, Natural Resource Economics etc.. to name a few.. The department also conducts annual training workshops for on field IFS officers in various domains. Placement I opportunities are of international level as course is one an unique in India. Would not advise to opt for hostel however as strict rules to prevent students without approval to leave campus. And also students need to adhere to strict timings to enter and exit.
