The placements are exemplary. I’m a pass-out myself and I’m placed in a decent company, while some of my friends are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. University’s environment is pretty decent with high-tech security. They also organize regular interactive one-on-one sessions with experts where we can discuss our views and share our doubts and problems.
MBA students are getting placed at an average package of >4–6 LPA in more than 100 companies. More than 150+ companies have already visited 2019–2020 MBA batch of MBA and nearly all of them are already placed and many of them already on OJT(on the job training).
The package really depends on what he can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserved. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so.
They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one.

AMITY UNIVERSITY GURGAON:. Placements :The placement opportunities are good. It is up to you if you want to go for the placement or want to study further. The placement interviews take place mostly at the Noida campus. Students are informed well before the time of the interviews and the teachers also put in their efforts so that students do well.Amity University has tie-ups with a bunch of good and famous organisations including multinational companies. So, it provides the students with a good platform to use their skills that they gained during their course. Amity University provides internship programmes as well.
IILM GURGAON:. Placements :Placements in college are good. The placement head is good. They try their best to get everyone placed with the help of guidance they give. Regular mentoring is given. One can regularly talk to teachers and ask for help if there is needed in any problem. Salary packages offered are also good. The highest salary package offered was 16 LPA until now, and it was offered by Amazon.
So you can choose College based on this information .
IILM lodhi road & gurgaon both are better as compared to AMITY because of the following reasons:-
1. Last 2 years placement record is good of IILM inspite of recession. Highest package-11 lacs. Lowest package- 2.5 lacs
2. 100% summer internships for the students.
3. MBA degree from IGNOU apart from regular PGP degree.
4. Various clubs nad related events taking place all the year round. I-Fest approaching in the month of december. Apart from that students participating in World Economic forum, Vivekananda Debate etc.
5. Dual specialization option for the students.
