To meet the Amity Institute of Advanced Legal Studies LLM eligibility, students must have completed an LLB or an equivalent degree with 50% marks.

Candidates must have completed their postgraduation studies in the law discipline from a recognised university for the AIALS PhD in law admission. AIALS LLM course duration is one year. The duration of the PhD in Law at AIALS is three years for the full-time mode, while the part-time mode PhD programme is three years long.
