Yes, A Bsc Physics degree holder can get admission in IIT Bombay provided he/she has to satisfy required eligibility criteria and appear in entrance examination.

To get admission there you will have to appear in IIT JAM test. IIT JAM is a national level science entrance exam that is conducted on a rotational basis by the participating IITs and IISc. It is the means through which candidates can get admission in MSc and other post-bachelor courses offered at IITs and integrated PhD courses offered at IISc Bangalore.

The eligibility criteria required for pursuing thses courses is that the candidates seeking admission should have completed bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines with 55% marks. There is provision of relaxation for the reserved categories.

No, IIT Bombay does not offer Bachelors of fashion design course. This institute offers Bachelor of Design course that is a full time four year undergraduate degree course.

In order to get admission in IIT Bombay you need to get very good rank in JEE advanced. Moreover JEE main marks only act as eligibility criteria to get qualified for JEE Advanced. Moreover JEE Advance exam pattern keep change every year. So the exact prediction would be tough. Nevertheless let us see the cutoff:

It depends on the cut of that year...For IIT Bombay i can suggest you that you need to come into top 1000 but as you are SC/ST you almost need just around 100 marks but again i tell you that it depend on the cut off that year....All the Best

Nothing special will happen. Everything will go on as usual. But the allotment of seats among those 3000 students will be based on the choices filled by them during JoSAA counselling and on the basis of no. of seats available in every course.

If all the students fill their choices for CSE and no other program at IIT Bombay, then among those, top x students, where x = no. of seats available for CSE program at IIT-B, will be allotted CSE program and all other students will be allotted a seat on the basis of their second and further choices filled in the application/ JoSAA registration.

The campus at IIT Bombay is huge and got modern labs and classrooms. Libraries are full of books and online stuff, high speed internet everywhere. Labs have good equipments for research in computer science. Its nice but sometimes crowded. Hostel rooms are okay, not fancy but clean. Overall, infrastructure help a lot in PhD work.
