In order to get admission in IIT Bombay you need to get very good rank in JEE advanced. Moreover JEE main marks only act as eligibility criteria to get qualified for JEE Advanced. Moreover JEE Advance exam pattern keep change every year. So the exact prediction would be tough. Nevertheless let us see the cutoff:

The data is of round seven and is all india category rank.

It depends on the cut of that year...For IIT Bombay i can suggest you that you need to come into top 1000 but as you are SC/ST you almost need just around 100 marks but again i tell you that it depend on the cut off that year....All the Best

Nothing special will happen. Everything will go on as usual. But the allotment of seats among those 3000 students will be based on the choices filled by them during JoSAA counselling and on the basis of no. of seats available in every course.

If all the students fill their choices for CSE and no other program at IIT Bombay, then among those, top x students, where x = no. of seats available for CSE program at IIT-B, will be allotted CSE program and all other students will be allotted a seat on the basis of their second and further choices filled in the application/ JoSAA registration.

Hope it helps.
