hope this helps.

As the exam pattern of the JEE Advance is changing every year so ,it is quite bot possible to predict anything precise about the marks. As IIT B  has only 2 seats available for pwd in CSE branch ( The rank under pwd category should be less than 5).   While you don't need a lot  of marks to get into IIT B, you do for pwd. Paper carries 372 marks out of which you should have to score marks between 200-250 for pwd to get a CS in IIT B.

Hope this will help you!

Hello Aspirant,

JEE is one of the most competitive examinations in India with 2 levels of examinations - JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.  The admission cut-offs of different universities are determined by the ranks obtained by the students.

The ranks are decided by various factors like region, religion, caste, disability, gender, and financial status.

According to the previous year's cut-off for IIT Bombay in different categories can be checked out in the link given below:

All the best!

Hey,

Actually rank matters the most instead of marks.

As we know that the cut off changes alot  every year so it might be difficult for us to give you the exact and accurate information but yes IITB is one of the prestigious college in India , one should have to work alot to get an admission into it.

By considering previous year opening and closing jee advance rank for chemical engineering in IITB,  we can say that the closing rank for chemical engineering branch is around CRL 2000. So you need to secure rank less than 2000 i.e., approximately you need to score more than 230 marks in jee advance in order to get an admission into this college in chemical engineering.

If you want to predict the college through your jee advance rank you can use the link given below :

IIT Bombay is one of the top ranked Institutes of India. So, the Cutoff for IIT Bombay and its various branches are generally very high. Looking at the previous year IIT Bombay cutoff for ST Category, for ST Category, in order to get B.tech in Aerospace Engineering in IIT Bombay, you would need to score within 2000 rank in JEE advance. That will be equivalent of scoring 230+ marks in JEE advance paper for ST Category

so you should have minimum 800 and maximum 2000 rank in advance to get admission in iit Bombay to get seat in aerospace engineering.

hope this is helpful for you

best of luck for your future

Dear Krishna,

You have not mentioned any courses so I will give you the cut-off rank for EWS (female) for IIT Bombay in all the courses. I am assuming this query concerns Btech ie undergraduate courses. Kindly correct me in the comments if that is not the case.

It is difficult to predict minimum cut-off let alone minimum score. Scores will change every year in a competitive exam. Therefore, rank cut-offs are better for following trends. however, even they change every year should generally be taken only for getting a basic idea. My answer is based on the cut-offs of 2021and 2020 Please note that these trends change each year and this is merely meant to be indicative and not predictive.

1. Aerospace engineering: rank 1501 (2021), 1594 (2020)

2. Chemical Engineering: rank 1321 (2021), 1536 (2020)

3. Civil Engineering: rank 1775 (2021), 1724 (2020)

4. Computer Science and Engineering: rank 361 (2021), 248 (2020)

5. Electrical engineering: rank 916 (2021), 924 (2020)

6. Engineering Physics: rank 1357 (2021, 1361 (2020)

7. Mechanical Engineering: rank 1073 (2021), 1302 (2020)

8. Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science: rank 1906 (2021), 2285 (2020)

9. Environmental Science and Engineering: rank 2714, 2552 (2020)

Hello aspirant,

The IIT Bombay cutoff for JEE Advanced is the minimum score needed by applicants to be admitted to the institution's various B.Tech programmes.

It should be remembered that each course and candidate category receives a different JEE Advanced cutoff from the authorities. The JEE Advanced will take into account a number of parameters, including the number of seats, the number of candidates, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. to determine the IIT Bombay cutoff for JEE Advanced. Candidates that score higher than the cutoff will have a better chance of being accepted. For the final seat allocation, the candidates must nevertheless satisfy all other eligibility requirements.

To know cutoff list you can visit our site by clicking on link given below.
