Is iit Bombay metallurgy good or iit Chennai chemical engineering good

Both the colleges are good but comparitively IIT Bombay has more placements ratings.

Placements: More number of the students from this college got placed. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges between 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies visit this campus.

Infrastructure: The campus of our college is full of greenery and amazing. Wi-Fi available everywhere on the college campus. A vast collection of books is found In the library. Hostels are very good all the facility are available in hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and so much qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. They give practical knowledge as well as subjective knowledge. They make all the student industry ready.

See, both of the college is good. You can choose any college among them and you won't regret later. But the problem is of choosing branch.

I think both the branch is good in their own way. There are very less college offering Metallurgy as compared to chemical engineering.  You can get chemical in many college.  The job condition is same for them and even the pay will be same for both the branch in any college. But chemical engineering will have more recruiters. Since chemical one will be hired by chemical as well as metallurgy companies. For metallurgy one will be hiered by ferrous and non ferrous companies only.

So you should choose by yourself looking about the above points mentioned.
