i get 719 marks air 1073 in ce ,can i get structure mtech from iit(bombay,roorke)

If you are from the general category then with that score you won't be able to get into IIT to get the structure engineering. but you will be able to get into nit calicut and nit bhopal for the course of structural engineering based on your marks

I am afraid to say that you may not get IIT Bombay with this rank according to previous statistics (https://design.careers360.com/articles/uceed-cutoff) but you have a good chance of selection in IIITDM Jabalpur and IIT Guwahati.
