IIIT Delhi Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

The infrastructure is nice , it has all useful facilities and equipments . it has fast fire backbone network. It also has high speed internet access. They are all regularly used and maintained . Also the living space of the college is very clean and hygienic ,students rarely complain about these issues.

Currently i am pursuing B.tech because its my interest area and i want to pursue my career in computer science.The quality of teaching is satisfactory and is full of learning.The curriculum is regularly updated and yes it includes all recent developments in the subject fields. Yes,of course it makes their college students complete and job ready.

Quality of placements are excellent and every year nearly 100 students are placed from the college. 90% of the college students are placed every year in the Placement program. The average salary offered in my college is 16 lakhs p.a.The placement process is pleasant and staff is very supportive.

Fees of college for my course is Rs 4,25,000. Which is complete worth it because of high placements and availability of resources.Yes i am completely getting my worth for what i have paid because of the immense supportive faculties and staff.

The best thing is everything is easily available and within the area of 25 acres one can get all useful resources .College is academic complex,library and information center with high speed internet.And also have co-curricular activities like music ,dance and gymnasium.

Getting admission in this college is itself an achievement and one can avail good learning and experience in this college.

The only bad thing in college infrastructure is its sports and campus size . Other than that we have the latest equipments in labs like 3d printers, laser cutters etc. The college also has excellent wifi of about 100mbps speed. The college also has a gokd library where we can issue both books and amazon kindles. The hostels are also well maintained.

The faculty are excellent. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty come from good colleges from both india and abroad. The curriculum os designed according to what is needed in the industry and hence updated almost in 2-3 years.

Placements at IIIT delhi are best as about 98% students get placed. The average salary after btech is about 15.5 LPA and for mtech is about 16.5 LPA. Many companies loke google, microsoft, adobe etc visit the campus.

All the college premises is decorated with flower pots and other natural things. We have 4 floor library which is accessible 24×7. A sport complex is under construction which will give various sports facilities. Also we have classrooms and labs equipped with ACs for summers and heaters for winters. There is a canteen open 24*7. Also there is a hospital for students open 24*7. Also we have facilities like summing pool and others activities. All the hostel and campus is very clean.

All the teachers are PhD qualified thus have great knowledge in their area . They are very supportive either in academics or some personal concern. They always encourage us for the projects work and input their knowledge in it. Our course curriculum is very relevant giving industrial exposures thus makes us job ready.

Previous year the highest salary amounts to 95 LPA and average salary amounts to 15 LPA. About 90% of students got placed on more than 100 companies visited. We have recruiters like Myntra, Adobe , Microsoft, Goldman Sachs etc. College is very supportive in placement as it provides insight about various companies and their placement process which makes us ready to grab our dream job.

I pay around 1.75 lacs per semester that is 3.5 lacs per annum. Also hostel fees varies from 28k to 38k per semester as per convince of double or single seater respectively. Also there is monthly mess charge of 3k per month. With such fees with is huge but providing various facilities and huge placement packages makes every penny of my money worth.

The institute location at South Delhi having nearby metros connecting violet and magenta lines are big plus point. All the academic process digitalize. But the small campus size of about 25 acres make some disappointment with regards to such facilities . This campus size also have some sort of hurdles in our fest oydssey. But inspite of all these we work hard to grew our fest every year. Our faculties staffs and seniors are cooperative and helpful in various day to day conduct.
