Hello Aspirant,
No on such rank it would be very difficult to get any of the NIT through Other State quota because closing EWS ranks of last year were like :-
@Other state quota
Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIIT) Una, Himachal Pradesh - Electronics and Communication Engineering (7114)
Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing, Kancheepuram - Smart Manufacturing (8090)
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology - Food Technology (11365)
@Home state quota
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Mechanical Engineering (60272)
National Institute of Technology Puducherry - Computer Science and Engineering (83715)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/GFTIs under Other state quota, so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for autonomous government colleges or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
https://learn.careers360.com/jee-main-coaching/?utm_source=%20QnA
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
You can also check out the JEE-Main 2021 cut-off and know whether you have qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 or not, so it is given below :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile

Yes, it is worth joining, IIIT's are generally valued similar to NIt's. And it's about students not the college. If you will study properly, you will surely get a good placement. Moving to IIIT Gwalior, it's a well known college and a large number of quality companies offer placements to students of this college.
