With 82937 OBC Category rank , it is Difficult to get seats in NITs , IIITs or GFTIs. I would suggest you to go state Level Councelling. You can also for private engineering colleges like LPU, Chandigarh University, Sharda University, etc.

You haven't mentioned your SC Category rank. Your predicted rank would be 38000+. With this percentile , it would be difficult to get into NITs , IIITs. You could get GFTIs like Assam University, Rajasthan Central University in special round councelling if seat remains. As you have mentioned that you have secured 22k rank in ews so let me tell you that there is no chance to get any iiit or nit in this rank because the cut offs are way higher.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

IIIT Sri City is far better than IIIT Sonepat
For CSE department:
IIIT Sonepat students get placed in many reupdated company like Adobe System, IBM, Q3 Technology, Posist Technology etc. with Average package of 8.19 LPA and highest package of 40 LPA.
On other hand IIIT Sri City students get placed in many reupdated company like Michelin Tyres ,BYJU, Flipkart , Infosys, WIpro, Amazon with Average package of 12LPA and highest package of 44 LPA.
