Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
The average package salary offered in ECE branch in IIT Sri city is 8 lakhs per annum & highest package offered is 21 lakhs per annum.
The highest salary package offered in ECE branch in IIT Trichy is 12 lakhs per annum & average package offered is 6 lakhs per annum.
Top companies like Amazon, TCS, Paytm, Cognizant, Infosys, etc take part in the placement cell of both these institutions.
Therefore, both the institutions have almost same level in placements, just IIT sri city as it’s new has better results than most of the IIT’s.
But, overall both these institutions are great.
I hope the above information helps.
All the very best.

Hi
Your profile suggests that your home state is MP
This is difficult to make prediction as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
******* number of students/ candidates that appeared in the jee main exam,
******* number of available seats,
******* performance of different students in the examination,
******* the branch you want,
******* the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then
With 18k obc rank,
Your chances for NITs & IIITs a little low but have good chances for GFTIs
You have chances in GFTIs, as per round 6th , 2020 in josaa counselling , some of which are listed below:-
-----------) Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.):- ECE :- 19840 obc rank
-----------) Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda, West Bengal:- mechanical engineering:-20384 obc rank

Hello,
The chances of getting IIITs with this score is very less.
IIITs expects JEE mains score above 99 percentile.
Every year the score accepting pattern is same.
If accepts only above 99 percentile.
You need 99 percentile and above to get a seat in IIITs.
But don't lose hope there and many other good colleges you can try there as well.
The infrastructure is just awesome with all the requirements. In the central library, all study materials are available for all semesters, and all books are available.
