Yes you can get a good branch but chances of getting higher branch like CSE or IT is very low but you can get this branch in lower colleges like some of low rank GFTIs. To get CSE or IT in NIT or IIIT your EWS rank must be below

Classrooms and labs are equipped with smart boards, and unlimited Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the campus. There are many grounds for sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. The quality of the food in the mess is good and hygienic.
