If we compare IIIT Agartala and IIIT Kalyani for Btech CSE. IIIT Agartala is better college than IIIT Kalyani for Btech for CSE.

Based on your rank it is difficult for you to get a seat in IIIT Banglore. The minimum percentile required to get into is 99.08 (for CSE) . If you scored this percentile this makes you safe for seat into IIIT-B. But there are few chances for you,
