The authorities accept applications for IIIT Hyderabad and Bangalore B.Tech admission 2021 on the basis of four modes - JEE Main, DASA, UGEE/SPEC and Olympiad/KVPY. You will be able to choose your preferred mode of admission as per eligibility.

The authorities have released the application form for IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech Admission 2021 through JEE Main mode. Interested students can apply till September 15.

The online registration process for IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admission 2021 has been closed for UGEE, SPEC, Olympiad/ KVPY and DASA UG. For UGEE/SPEC channel, an entrance examination will be conducted in online mode. For other channels, IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admission 2021 will be done on the basis of merit.

1. JEE Main Channel: Candidates who have qualified for JEE Main 2021 will be able to apply for admissions based on their secured scores. However, admissions will be given only in single degree programmes.

2. DASA UG Channel: Candidates who are abroad and wish to study at IIIT Hyderabad will have to apply through this channel.

3. UGEE Channel: For admissions into the research-based dual-degree programmes, the candidates will have to attempt the entrance examination. Admissions will be done on the basis of performance in the entrance exam and personal interview.

4. Special Chance of Admission (SPEC) Channel: 20 seats are made available through SPEC and candidates will have to qualify the entrance examination.

5. Lateral Entry Entrance Examination (LEEE): The LEEE mode is for lateral entry to dual degree programmes. Graduates of the dual degree programmes earn two degrees: B.Tech and MS.

But the only thing you have to verify is that the certificate must be issued by the concerned authorities. The certificate must be in the proper format as per the authorities guidelines.

Your EWS category certificate issued on or after 01-April-2020, should be uploaded for availing the benefits of GEN-EWS category.

But if you don't have latest certificate right now, then you have to upload a declaration instead of category certificate that you will upload a fresh certificate (issued on or after April 1, 2021) by October 02 2021.

Hope you are doing great there . I am sorry to say this but the score you mentioned is not clear since you have not used the decimal in your percentile score . Auuming that you are trying to say 81 percentile , I regret to say this , but you are not eligible to grab a seat in some NIT or IIIT . According to the assumed percentile score mentioned by you , your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere around 194370 - 218500 , and your category rank will be around 48,600-55,000.

I am really sorry to say this but with this percentile chances of your admission into some NIT or IIIT is nearly negligible and that too when you belong to general category .

there is no way that you can get a NIT or an IIT! please try writing other exams, like cets or private college exams. do not bank on jee counselling as the fruit of that will be absolutely none. i'm sorry

It is very difficult to predict the actual jee mains rank from your percentile as it varies on several parameters like number of students appeared, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. Based on previous few years trends and cutoff your predicted rank should be around 40920 to 46000 ( general rank) and your category rank should be around 13640 to 15333.
