Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should work hard and should focus on achieving high and high in entrance exam it totally depends upon the examination if paper is simple then cutoff goes high gradually and if paper or examination is hard then cutoff goes down. As you have secured 97.52 percentile in JEE mains and taking into consideration you are from general category so let me tell you that your predicted rank would be around 25k as per my knowledge.

The IIITs mentioned by you are almost one and the same if you go by the cut offs. In all these iiits the cut off for cse branch is around 21k. So, I would recommend you to go with any of these iiits with ece branch atleast because it is of no use if you would a non core branch in newer iiits like bhagalpur,bhopal.
