In spite of being from SC Category, to secure a seat in one of the NITs or IIITs you require a SC Rank atleast around 10k, or a Corresponding CRL anywhere near 200k. For 200k CRL, the Corresponding Percentile is approx 79-81 Percentile. Hence you must work harder to secure this percentile, and improve from your current 60 Percentile.

With a CRL of 17k in JEE Main, your OBC NCL Rank would be anywhere near 3-3.5k. At this rank you may preferably choose any branch at NIT Andhra Pradesh, your Home State NIT. As far as Other Good NITs are Concerned, you will preferably get CSE at NIT Jamshedpur, Raipur, Jalandhar and Hamirpur, whereas have strong chances of securing Electrical or Mechanical at one of NIT Warangal, Rourkela, Allahabad, Surat or Jaipur.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general and with General category and such percentile it is quite difficult to get any IIITs until and unless you belongs to any of the reserved category except EWS. But you can try for some private colleges discussed below or you can appear for state counselling for GFTIs.

According to your percentile your rank would fall somewhere between 158974-178710. Now with this percentile you are not eligible to take admission in any of the IITs. But there is an NIT where you're eligible to take admission i.e. National Institute of Technology, Mizoram. There are five streams in B.Tech Offered by NIT MIZORAM

1. Civil engineering

2. Computer Science and Engineering

3 Electronics and Communication Engineering

4. Electrical and Electronics Engineering

5. Mechanical Engineering

Your rank is enough to take admission in amy of the streams but you can take admission under HS quota, as Cutoffs for OS Candidates are very very high.

But yes there are some GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions) where you might grab a seat successfully, Have a look-

Since you have not mentioned that for what branch or stream you want to take admission , it is very difficult to predict. But you might get seat for Civil or Food Technology Branch. As Cutoffs are very very high for popular streams like CSE (Computer Science and Engineering). Remember, if you fail to get seat in first round then also there are chances that you will get a seat in round 5 or round 6 Councelling.

As we go through the latest cut-off of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for General category was 6278 for Textile Technology  branch in IIT Delhi. See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes with regards to JEE-Advance 2021 if you secure your AIR in JEE-Advance under top 6200 then there are good chances for you to get IIT Delhi. For NITs and IIITs you have to score around 96 percentile or more in JEE-Main 2021.

Moreover, it seems next to impossible to get a seat in any of the GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions) also.
