Hope you are doing well
In order to secure admission in IIITs through JEE Main , the good score for the same can be around 85- 90 percentile . At the same time, the candidates must feature among the top 25,000 ranks range to get admission in popular IIITs.
As your percentile is 90 so you will definitely get top nit it iiits.
According to previous trends. Candidates with a 1 - 25,000 rank range made it to the top IIITs. However, candidates securing ranks beyond 25,000 - 1,00,000 also made it to IIITs.

Good Luck!!
Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you have got 84.45 percentile and 81 percentile in Feb and mar attempt. Considering you are from general category there is no chance for you to get any branch in any of the nits or iiits . So I would strong recommend it you want nits or iiits you should keep your percentile atleast above 96.5+.
With 97.2 Percentile in JEE Main Feb, higher of the two attempts, you have fair chances in securing a seat at some of the Good NITs, IIITs as well as Top GFTIs, preferably in some of the Core Branches, including your respective Home State NIT. However, I would advise you to improve you performance to anywhere above 98-98.5 Percentile, for excellent Counselling Prospects.
