Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't expect IIIT hyderabad with this rank as IIIT hyderabad cutoff is very high and you have very less percentile as compared to that you may try to other colleges which accepts admission in less percentile then certainly you may have chance.

As you have mentioned that you have got 93.33 percentile so as per my knowledge your predicted rank would be around 70k so it is not possible to get into good nits like jamshedpur,Silchar, jalandhar,durgapur. But if you consider a bit lower nits like Meghalaya, arunachal Pradesh, mizoram, Nagaland, srinagar you may good chances in these but it will be better if your home state belongs to one of these nits.

As I can't suggest you that for which branch you should go as it's totally dependent upon you because of course you won't want to waste your 4 years studying subjects in which you are not at all interested.

I can just tell you about the placement statistics of IIIT gwalior and NIT Surat

in iiit gwalior the highest package offered is 38-40lpa and the average offered is 6-7 lpa.

Whereas, in NIT SURAT the highest package offered is 29.5LPA and the average is 6-10lpa.

as per previous years cutoff of IIIT chitoor , you have less chances to secure any of the stream. now coming to bits mesra  as  per previous years cutoff trend you have tough chances for  production engineering and polymer and plastic engineering.
