It is difficult to indicate the marks because seat allotment depends on the rank of the candidate, category, preferences of choice, cut off, number of candidates qualified, number of seats available etc. And the cut off rank varies from one Institute to another and one branch to another. If we consider previous year cut off, to get seat in CSE or IT in an NIT/IIIT you should aim to score at least 180-190 marks or above. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of Examination, number of seats available, previous year cut off etc.

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies IIIT entrance exam is of total marks of 100. In this  exam you have got 65 and you belong BCD female category. If we analyze the previous year cutoff there is a chance you might get the college. The cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. So my advice is to wait for the official announcement.

For OBC NCL you need to score at least 95 percentile to get any CSE /IT in any NIT/IIT.However cutoff generally varies from year to year based on several factors and also according to different NITs.However the cutoff for NIT Warangal remains quite high even for OBC.IIT Guwahati and kharagpur has also high cutoff.

Assuming you are a General Category Aspirant, You must target securing atleast 200-250/300, to stand a great chance in securing a seat at either of NIT Trichy, Warangal, Allahabad, IIIT Hyderabad or IIIT Allahabad in either CSE, IT, ECE or EE.

However, your first target should be attaining 200/300, and subsequently increasing it in the upcoming attempts.

However, there are high chances, you end up clearing JEE Advanced with an equally great Rank after success in JEE Main with 200+/300, so you should Also Consider IITs as viable option.
