It is better to study B.Tech in IIIT Sri City, Chittor, Andhra Pradesh than studing 5 years M.Tech from University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana. It is because IIIT Sri City has better Placements than University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad.  It is better to study B.Tech and then later M.Tech

Btech IIIT is better than Mtech 5 years.Studying in IIIT is always better than studying in other universities.Normal graduation is sometimes better than Integrated courses.Placements are better in IIIT and also by renowned companies like Wipro,Capegmini,IBM etc.The average salary is 7 LPA.
