As you are computer science engineering student and want to pursue Mtech in robotics in future it would be easy for you to do so .

A professional designer who is responsible for creating robots and robotic systems is called a “Robotics Engineer”.

robotics engineer is required to have knowledge in mechanical engineering, kinematics and dynamics, electrical and electronics engineering, control systems and software engineering.

For robotics course you have to do bachelor's degree in robotics .

And if you want to do electronic engineering you can pursue robotics as an elective course for Mtech.

With CSE and ECE robotics can be done .

Every year the score changes as the quality of students which appear in every shift is different.

But as per my calculations, you should score a minimum of 230-250 for nit Warangal ,surathkal or other parallel colleges.

just to make you clear, did you find out the category to which these students belong to. Generally SCT and ST students get colleges at higher rank due to higher % reservation. Since you are general category student and EWS you have lower reservation %

See this time the cut-offs for different institutions have been increased so according to the rank you have mentioned in the question you it is very difficult to get any NIT or good IIIT even in round 2 of CSAB counselling as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can try for some IIITs such as IIIT Bhubaneshwar, IIIT Una and so on and if you want any good or core branch such as CSE/IT/ECE then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

IIIT Bhagalpur is mentored by IIT Guwahati. That is why IIIT Bhagalpur has access to IIT Guwahati's academic expertise, resources and research oriented faculties. Even the laboratories in IIIT Bhagalpur is set up under the expert guidance of IIT Guwahati.

PLACEMENTS- As IIIT Bhagalpur is a newly established college it is hard to comment on their placements. But as it is mentored by IIT Guwahati the chances of placements are decent. Don't expect large companies to be coming from the start but with time surely big companies will come for campusing.

INFRASTRUCTURE - Infrastructure is decent. As it is somewhat under construction some classes may be held  in a small building given by Bhagalpur College of Engineering. Lab facilities, library, hostel and everything else is good.

FACULTY - Faculties are qualified mostly from IIT Guwahati. Some of them are helpful. The course curriculum is decided by MHRD ,state government and the private partner Beltron.

Overall this college is good but as it is new there are several drawbacks. You can opt for other colleges if you have any options.

As IIIT Bhagalpur has started in 2017 so till now there is no first batch who has passed out. Therefore, nothing can be said about the placement part. Also, a sthe campus is actual of Bhagalpur college of engineering and not of IIIT itself so the infrasture needs maintainance and replacement. Overall taking admission in such a new campus is a risk as there are no placement records. However if you take admission there then you will get to know about the records in next year.
