If you get Chemical or Metallurgical at NIT Warangal, might be a better choice than Civil, else you prefer CSE at IIIT Jabalpur. However, NIT Warangal is one of the best Technical Institutes of our country, with good infrastructure, faculty and employer outlook, than the much newer IIIT Jabalpur.

Both have nearly same placements in respective branches around 8-9LPA, and in case of infrastructure they are around same only but in case of iiit teacher's are more experience than CU and fees is around same per annum so it would be preferable to go for iiit rather than CU

Sorry to hear about the high fees but according to guidelines issued by the xsab officials once you got the seat there will be no refund issued even if you leave you seat. Before making any decision you should read the brochure.
