Hello Aspirant,
According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs and for such rank I would suggest you to either sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks but the college will not be very good/satisfied or go with a drop year if you can afford. Prepare yourself for JEE-Main 2021 and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India :-

Hello Aspirant,
According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top most NITs with any of the asked branches as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some average NITs/IIITs in CSAB Counselling with ECE branch and those NITs/IIITs are like NIT Meghalaya, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, IIIT Dharwad, IIIT Kottayam and some other, you can check out complete list from the link given below :-

Now if you want to go with only CSE/IT then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

Hello Aspirant,
When compared amongst all the mentioned colleges for studying the specified branch, One could opt for JNTU or IIIT as well as among all the colleges these both colleges have good ratings for the branch. Talking about placements JNTU has a good record of placements for students of EC branch with average salary packages of 3LPA. Other facilities like labs, canteen, faculty, academics are good at both JNTU and IIIT. So you can opt for either of the both colleges but if placements are your major concern then you could opt for JNTU.
Hope this helps
Good Luck
Hello aspirant,
With the mentioned rank there are tough chances to secure any seat.because with previous year analysis also the cutoff for csab for sc category went till only 2 lakh and this time the cutoff went high,so there are tough chances.neverthless give a try.for furthur info check the link:

Dear aspirant,
You haven't mentioned which IIIT should you prefer. Considering it as IIIT Hyderabad in electronics and communication branch it has a better placement compared to CSE in CVR College of Engineering. IIIT Hyderabad and CVR both are NAAC 'A' accredited college. But as per NIRF Ranking IIIT Hyderabad is in a better place compared to CVR. IIIT has ranked 78th whereas CVR is at 141th position. In term of Academics and facilities IIIT is undoubtedly better than CVR. However CSE in CVR is not a bad choice too. As placement offered by several well known companies like Amazon SDE, IBI Consultancy Pvt. Ltd, Commvault, Kony Labs, TCS-Digital and HSBC is upto the mark. Average package in CSE in the last year was 4.4 LPA, whereas in IIIT average package for ECE was of 6 LPA.
Whatever if you want to take CSE you can undoubtedly go for CVR College of Engineering. But if you compare these two ECE from IIIT is somehow better than CSE from CVR.
Hope it would be helpful.
