If this rank is your category rank then according to previous year college cut off it is very difficult to get seat in any NIT or IIIT. You can get seat only when you have state quota for any colleges.

If you can afford for your career then choose IIIT lucknow because this is also best college but fee structure is high, for CSE fee

With this rank I cannot see chances of getting a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. Cutoff is not same every year, it depends on so many factors, but for reference you can see last years cutoff.
