You haven't mentioned your home state, and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you have low chances of getting into IIITs. You can get some lower IIITs though.

yash hooda , From some research on internet I found that Btech+Mtech in IT from IITM Gwalior is quite better than YMCA Faridabad in term of infrastructure and all. And here study is also good and you got integrated degree also so it is more better.

Hostels are most important aspect while we are deciding our college. So,here hostels are very good even better than all nit's and iit's .Here, all rooms are in two people sharing with centralised AC ,separate refrigerator, separate television, clean bathrooms, proper security for hostels. mess ,food is slightly good in taste .They giving breakfast, lunch and dinner in mess charges .

Congratulations for getting good rank in JEE mains 2020. As per your rank sorry to say but you have no any chances of getting free seat in IIIT or in any state institution too. According to your rank and last some years cut ffs your chances of getting admission into any good IIIT are also very low. You have a fair chance in opting for NIT with your RANK.You may not get CS,IT but can try for other B tech Courses.You can apply in NIT AP.As it is your home state you stand a fair chance of getting into the college with your rank.

Dear candidate, hope you are doing well, if your situation is not much well then there are many government colleges who give back some amount of money back for reserved caste students. You can try to write a mail or submit it in administration if possible to request for a fee waiver, there are high chances to agree.

IIIT Sricity was established in 2013  by mhrd and government of India.  It is a decent collge in terms of faculty and infrastructure and talking about placements , the average placement generally ranges between 6 - 7 lakhs .
IIIT Kanchipuram has good placements with companies like amazon , apollo tyres , ashoka Leyland,  hcl , ibm ,etc . The highest package in 2019 was 20 LPA and  average package remain between 5 and 6 lakhs. The placements show that the college is growing every year .
Both are new colleges and equally good for cse so choose wisely .
