according to me IIIT SRI CITY is best.

As iiit SRI CITY is best because it's facility is good,  placement are good, faculty infrastructure are very nice than compare to iiit Jabalpur. Training and other facilities are very nice as compared to iiit Jabalpur. So IIIT SRI CITY is the best as compared to IIIT Jabalpur.

Among these colleges although both are best but you have to decide in which field you have interest that is about branch as college is only 4 years partner but branch is lifetime partner.so you should compromise with college but not with branch.

If you are comfortable wih mechanical branch than go with nit.

It's never anyone else's choice but yours in selecting the best course for you. Your choice could depend upon the colleges you have got, which course would suit you better, which has got better placements or better faculty and maybe on the fees the college takes for the degree.
You'll have to keep all of this in mind and make sure you do not regret your decision even a single bit and not allow anyone to force you into taking a particular college or course.
The branches and courses were not mentioned so am not able to comment on this further.

However you can get seats in other departments of NITs if you belong to that particular home state catagory like

So I assume you as an general category candidate.
