In my opinion both the colleges are equally good and they do stand important nationally. Although they do not have their own campuses and they are operating from  NITs in the respective states. Placements salary are more or less the same for both but people are choosing IIIT Sonepat

Both have their own reputation. Either of them is better in one or the other way. If you are passionate about coding and computers, then you should opt for CS from VIT. IF you are not that passionate towards coding and stuff then choose ECE from IIT. Both
