The opening and closing rank for CSE at iiit sonepat is 9377-15575 and for IT course it is 15588-18368.Please visit official site jossa.nic.in and click on OR-CR ranks 2020 then select round,institute,programme and submit it you will get all the rank details category wise

You can get tuition fee waiver of you belong to tfw or you belong to EWS category.

You need to show your family income per year.

Then the College also give scholarship.

You might apply for that if you ahve good rank or score.

You haven't mentioned your home state, and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you have low chances of getting into IIITs. You can get some lower IIITs though.
